It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Becky Rowe.

We have a few recommendations of how you can look after your Becky Rowe jewellery so that it remains looking at its best for as long as possible. With a bit of care and love your new jewellery could become a much loved family heirloom in years to come!


Silver suffers from tarnishing, otherwise referred to as tarnishing, leaving it looking blackened. This is caused by unavoidable reactions with the air and environment, but is vastly speeded up by reactions with lotions, perfumes, chlorine and bleach.

To help avoid this tarnishing we recommend that you remove your silver jewellery whenever you apply lotions or perfumes, do sport, do washing up, and store your jewellery carefully in a pouch or a zip lock bag.

To clean up silver jewellery that is beginning to show the signs of oxidization gently rub it with a lint free cloth.


Gold plating can fade over time, but again this can be delayed by taking good care of your gold jewellery. Avoid wearing it when exercising or showering. Keep it away from lotions, chemicals and perfumes, and avoid getting it wet if possible.

To keep it looking its best rub it with a lint free cloth occasionally.

Delivery and Returns

Becky Rowe delivers to UK mainland and Channel Island addresses only for which there is a charge of £8. All items will be dispatched within 14 days. Please note that our busiest period is in the run up to Christmas.

We will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry and we are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Becky Rowe jewellery you can return it within 28 days, as long as it hasn’t been worn or damaged, to exchange for a different item or for a credit.

Please ensure that you use a reliable and insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as we will not be held responsible for postage costs or any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The cost of the return postage will not be refunded.

You will receive your exchange / credit within 15 days of us receiving the returned items.

In the rare event that your order receives damaged or faulty please contact us on 01481 726246 so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

We always do our utmost to ensure that the ordering process is as smooth as possible. However, occasionally some orders, or some items within an order are cancelled by our system for reasons such as the following:

  • Stock unavailable
  • Processing of payment failed
  • Not able to deliver to provided address
  • Duplicate order placed

In the event of us having to cancel your order we will email you to explain the reasons for the cancellation and will refund you via your original payment method.

If you decide you want to change or cancel your order after it has already been placed please contact us ASAP using the contact form. We always try to process orders quickly so it may not always be possible to change it. If your order has already been dispatched please return it to us by following our returns policy.
